High Court gave relief to actor Upendra

The High Court has now granted an interim stay regarding the caste abuse case filed by some people against the real star Upendra for uttering a proverb in the middle of his speech.

Real star Upendra wrote that 'High Court's move has put a stop to the hate game'. The army is hiding its head because of the suspicion of injustice.

A single-member bench headed by Justice Hemant Chandan Gowder heard the petition and granted an interim stay on the FIR registered against actor Upendra.

Advocate Uday Holla, who argued for actor Upendra, has apologized to his client for the words he spoke. In addition, that video has also been removed from social media. It was not meant to hurt anyone's heart.

Since the SC-ST Act is not applicable in this case, it is not right to file an FIR and investigate. Just mentioned the proverb.
